Dereliction

Of all the models I have worked with to date, Cat is perhaps the one I “click” with and enjoy shooting the most. Here we took over an abandoned building on a former munitions site and began to set up.
The nature of the site and the event we were at guided us to this shot with a “film noir” feel. It helped that we already had the props we would need.
We spent around an hour experimenting with the room, placement of lights and modifiers. At the end of the shoot we were arranged to get the picture shown above: bare flashes highlighting the wall behind Cat and throwing the key light into the doorway.
